Scholarships Are for Everyone
Art Scholarships, once a farfetched dream for some has now become easily accessible and attainable to a lot of students. Everyone knows how important and essential a college degree has become if one wants to carve a niche for them in this already competitive world; to earn it one must not give up and keep fighting. So, every deserving one must grab the opportunity that was not available to a lot of people in the past decades.
One has to agree that with time the cost of education has grown with leaps and bounds and for many it is becoming more and more difficult to be able to afford higher education and that is why there should be more programmes like scholarships for high school seniors. For an example, the cost of education since the year nineteen ninety eight has increased by almost three hundred percent. So what is to be done in this situation? Leave studies or look for different avenues to get out of a difficult situation like this.
There were times when scholarships were given out as financial aid or award to students who performed exceptionally, however with growing number of students wanting to get higher education worldwide, it became a necessity for colleges, universities and governments to provide more financial aids in order to attract more students; as with growing economy, education has also become a major contributor in a country’s finances.
